Planted over 40 Years Ago the picturesque contoured Stock's Hill vineyard overlooks the Pirramimma winery and estate. The site was selected for its topography hillside location, fine red loam over limestone and ironstone, together with exceptional drainage. Outstanding vintage conditions provided perfect ripening and optimum fruit quality. The 2014 Shiraz displays a bouquet of mulberry, cedar, Satsuma plum and liquorice, on the palate raspberry, black cherry, dark chocolate, cinnamon and spice flavours are integrated with hints of pepper and vanilla, balanced by subtle toasted oak. A rich firmly structured wine with tannin, fruit and oak in harmony.
