Character: A seductive bouquet of ripe berries and sweet spices mingles with notesof tomato and olive paste. Deep ruby red in colour with elegant, velvet-textured yet vibrant palate. Lingering mellow finish.

Pairing: A fine complement to poultry, lightly seasoned red meat and full-flavoured cheese.
