Lovely pale Rosé colour. Exciting nose of peach, pomegranate and wild herb. Textural, spicy, calm, creamy, soft and very delicious.
WINEMAKING
Grown for purpose. 4 Hours of skin contact, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermented in both vats and casks. Two months on fine lees for texture and mouthfeel. Minimal filtration.
