Zdrepceva Krv

Description

�drepčeva Krv is the trademark of the Čoka Winery and one of the oldest wine brands in our areas. This red semisweet Muscat wine has, for already 40 years, been one of the best sold wines on the territory of former Yugoslavia.

This wine owes its unique flavour to the original coupage of carefully selected red varieties (Vranac, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamet, Muscat Hamburg or Ottonel) grown on the highest quality black soil. It is interesting that long before it became a brand, wine of a similar recipe was sold exclusively in pharmacies due to its medicinal properties.

The colour of the �drepčeva Krv is also specific, since it is ruby red and not deep red and therefore resembles the colour of a stallion's blood.
This is thanks to the wine coupage, i.e.: the mixture of several wine types and not the mixture of several grape types.
