Yalumba's sustainability ethos includes our certified organic winemaking program, where our focus is on making great wine with minimal intervention, both on the land and in the winery. Our growing passion and hard work has produced Shiraz grapes rich with flavour.

Plums, peppercorns and spice complement intense fruit flavours, finishing savoury and soft. Best enjoyed young.
