These legendary founders of Ancient Rome were abandoned at birth and reared by the she wolf. The Romulus has powerful structure and rich robust flavours characteristic of the Barossa Valley. Vinified using traditional hand plunging and cool fermentation techniques.
Minimal fining and no filtration.
