Description
This Vin Nat Cabernet Franc is bright purple in colour, lifted bouquet of cherries and florals. Mixed cherry (ripe, sour, maraschino) colide across the mid-palate which sustains length, crunchy crisp acidity refreshes.
Sourced from a single vineyard following organic and sustainable farming practices: three separate small batch wild yeast open fermentation. Light pressing and into 2nd and 3rd use French oak barriques for seven months, racked into tank, no additions or subtractions, no filtration or fining and minimum SO2 on bottling only.
