Description

Miamba Shiraz is vivid purple in colour. The wine displays vibrant aromas of dark fruits, blueberries, mocha and savoury spices. The palate is complex, with concentrated flavours of spiced plums, blackberries, musk and cracked pepper layered with grainy tannins and a lengthy finish. The oak treatment of this wine has evolved from previous vintages, with fermentation and maturation conducted in a greater proportion of French and European oak barrels. We believe has refined the style and structure of the wine. Enjoy now with Beef and red wine jus, or cellar for up to 10 years.
