Tekirdag Raki

Description

For Tekirdag Rakisi, carefully selected fresh grapes are distilled to produce suma, which is mixed with high quality aniseed and distilled in special copper stills. Raki may be drunk with water or straight. The ideal serving temperature is room temperature. Ice if desired should be added after the water.
