Angoves Pinot Grigio

Description

A dry, light white wine with the lightest straw hue. Aromas flood the nose with delicate floral overtones coupled with elegant characters reminiscent of flint, green apples, lemon rind and grapefruit with a thread of stoniness. These sensations carry through to the palate which is full of pear and peach with grapefruit, granny smith apples, with a tinge of lime and pineapple. This Pinot Grigio is bone dry, yet a slight lushness is apparent due to the natural fruit sweetness. Have it with… all meals of poultry, pork, light cream sauces and starters, or on its own on the verandah as the sun slowly sets.
