A Chardy fizz Oscar has made this year. First of it's kind. From St Andrews in the Yarra  Joyful and zesty, reminiscent of ye old Nashi pears and yellow apples. Tasty as.

Whole bunched fruit and no additions were needed. A gentle sourdough taste in the finish with hints of green tea leaves. A very pleasant roundness here, a soft spritz and the feeling that a bottle is not enough.
