Description
This Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc has been made from grapes sourced from hidden vineyards in the Awatere Valley, which is on the very edge of Marlborough. This wine has great regional character. The fruit was gently pressed to preserve its natural acidity. Naturally settled and racked, the wine was cool fermented and left on lees to develop aromatic stability and texture. The result is a lively and aromatic wine with tropical fruit flavours of pineapple, passionfruit and citrus.
