Winemaking After picking and gently pressing, each vineyard block was separately fermented, with a portion occurring naturally in barrels before blending and bottling.

Colour Pale straw

Bouquet White peach, melon and mango with a zesty sweet pea and citrus edge.

Palate The silken texture flows through a rich mid palate and clean finish. Predominantly ripe tropical fruit flavours with subtle mineral and savoury influences.
